One sample of 33 kinds of stainless steel welding rod products, 13 Alkaline carbon steel electrode products.
The sampling based on "stainless steel electrode" GB/T983-1995, "carbon steel electrode" GB/T5117-1995 at the request of stainless steel welding rod products C, Si, Mn, S, P, Cu, Mo, Cr, Ni, Tensile strength, Elongation, 11 projects have been tested; carbon steel electrode for alkaline products, Mn, Si, S, P, Cr, Ni, Mo, V, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation rate, the impact energy absorption, X-ray inspection and other 13 projects have been tested.
Spot checks found that seven kinds of stainless steel electrode product does not meet the relevant standards, failed projects involving nickel, chromium, tensile strength, elongation rate.
