Models and optional stainless steel electrode
(1) stainless steel electrode models

(3) selection of stainless steel electrode
The welding of the stainless steel electrode suitable for the chromium content is greater than 10.50%, the nickel content is less than 50% of the corrosion-resistant steel or a heat resistant steel, stainless steel material, the working conditions (including temperature and contact medium) should be used according to choice. Mainly considered from the following aspects:
① to work in a high-temperature environment, heat-resistant stainless steel, that the selection electrode is able to meet the high temperature performance of the thermal crack properties of the weld metal and the welded joints. Austenitic heat-resistant steel for Cr / Ni ≥ 1, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Cr17Ni13W generally are made of austenitic - ferritic stainless steel electrode; if Cr / Ni <1 stable austenitic heat-resistant steel, such as the Cr16Ni25Mo6, Cr15Ni25W4Ti2, should generally be similar in chemical composition of the base metal at the same time, ensure that the weld metal has to increase the content of Mo, W, Mn, and other elements in the weld metal to weld cracking.
Work (2) in a variety of corrosive media, corrosion resistant stainless steel, welding rod should be selected according to the media and working temperature. Working temperature of 3000C or more, there is a strong corrosive medium, the selection contains elements of Ti or Nb stabilized or ultra-low carbon stainless steel electrode; medium containing dilute sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, often used with Mo with Mo and Cu stainless steel electrode; work at room temperature, corrosive weak or just avoid rust pollution equipment, can be used without Ti or Nb stainless steel electrode.
③ For chromium stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel 1Cr13, ferritic stainless steel 1Cr17Ti, chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steel electrode in order to improve the ductility of the welded joints, |
